How does KDAD collect information?

We ask every student or parent for information when they join KDAD. This is now done online and covers age, name, medical conditions.

At KDAD we try and be as transparent as we can regarding your data and how it might be used.

Why does KDAD collect data

At KDAD our students and teachers are all very important to us and to ensure we can provide the best possible service we ask for some basic information regarding health and age, this will help us deal with medical issues quickly, it helps us find the best classes for our students and it ensures we know who to contact in an emergency.

We also like to put on shows where ever possible and to do this we must have certain information that we share with local authorities to help safeguard everyone involved, especially the children.

How do we protect your privacy

We confirm that any of your information will be held securely and in accordance with the registration that we have with the Data Commissioner’s Office, as well as any other relevant data protection or privacy legislation.

We will meet our obligations to provide the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities with your personal information or any other information we obtain about you.

You agree to us using your information for any of the purposes outlined in this privacy policy and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of these purposes as a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2018.
